With her flexibility, enthusiasm, and great time management skills, Alma goes the extra mile to deliver quality work and client satisfaction. She served as a Customer Experience Specialist for a couple of years for a parking app company in Chicago. She has also completed various research and lead-generation projects for different fields and industries.

In addition, she also gained exposure in the sports industry as a Camp Researcher for a sports academy in Massachusetts and as a Support Specialist for a youth development organization that offers sports programs and summer camps in New York.
