Dyan's expertise lies in conducting research, collecting data, and maintaining an organized database of qualified leads and other research outputs. She has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. She got immersed in sports through the US National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) member school research projects for a software solution company for coaches and personal trainers. She also served as a Researcher and Support Specialist for a sports-based youth development organization offering summer camps and sports programs in New York.
