What’s your previous experience in the industry?

I have over 10 years’ experience across hospitality, sports, and health and wellness tourism, with the past 8 years spent working for Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort. That time has given me plenty of opportunities to hone my skills and I love to coordinate and organiSe events, as well as support with cost and revenue management.

What do you see as your key skills?

I’d say one of my real specialisms is paying attention to each individual customer. This enables me to build an in-depth understanding of their needs, and with my personal interest in the sports and health and wellness industries I feel well placed to support our active clients. I also have expertise in sales and group travel, and love helping to ensure events run as smoothly as possible.
